Mattwricks,

I have recently turned an important corner in my life where I realize that when someone doesn’t email me back, or say thank you, or whatever, it doesn’t mean they hate me or that I screwed up in some major way. Almost always, it’s nothing. This realization includes an understanding that I shouldn’t care so much what people think anyway. This two-liner of yours makes me think about this realization. In fact, it might become a little thing I chant next time I feel that way.
